Piling & Concreting Australia is seeking a Leading Hand - Piling to oversee in office crews across Arundel (QLD) and Bella Vista (NSW). You will lead operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate activities with the Piling Supervisor. The role involves travel and working away from home as required.

You will bring hands-on piling experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read technical drawings to guide a growing division.
