Sullivans Cove Distillery is seeking a Private Client Manager to build and manage relationships with a select portfolio of collectors, high-value clients, and whisky enthusiasts. This is not a traditional sales role. It is an opportunity to represent one of the world’s most awarded single malt whisky brands through storytelling, experience, and deeply personalised client engagement. You will play a key role in shaping how our most valued clients experience the brand, from exclusive releases and allocations through to bespoke tastings and private events.
The role
You will develop and manage relationships with high-value private clients and collectors, curate and host exclusive tastings, events, and brand experiences, manage allocation and release of limited and rare whisky expressions, act as a trusted advisor to clients on their whisky journey, partner with internal teams across brand, production, and visitor experience, and identify and grow new high-net-worth client opportunities.
About you
We’re looking for someone who naturally builds trust, creates memorable experiences, and understands premium positioning. You may come from luxury spirits (brand ambassador, advocacy, prestige sales), fine wine or premium beverage, high-end hospitality or private client roles, or luxury brands such as automotive, hotels, or private membership environments. You will bring proven experience working with premium or luxury clients, exceptional communication and storytelling ability, confidence hosting events, tastings, and one-to-one experiences, a strong understanding of relationship-led sales rather than transactional selling, commercial awareness with a highly personalised approach, and a passion for whisky or a genuine interest in premium spirits.
You will ideally already be connected within luxury and high-net-worth client environments, with an ability to leverage those relationships to grow a curated private client portfolio.
Why join Sullivans Cove
Represent a globally recognised, award-winning Australian whisky brand, work directly with rare and highly sought-after releases, build meaningful long-term relationships with a curated client base, enjoy autonomy to shape and grow a private client function, and receive a competitive salary plus bonus and unique industry perks.
How to apply
If you are passionate about premium experiences and building meaningful client relationships, we would love to hear from you. Apply via this link submitting your CV and a short cover note outlining your experience in luxury client engagement.

CrowdStrike was founded in 2011 to fix a fundamental problem: The sophisticated attacks that were forcing the world's leading businesses into the headlines could not be solved with existing malware-based defenses. Founder George Kurtz realized that a brand new approach was needed - one that combines the most advanced endpoint protection with expert intelligence to pinpoint the adversaries perpetrating the attacks, not just the malware.
There's much more to the story of how Falcon has redefined endpoint protection but there's only one thing to remember about CrowdStrike: We stop breaches.
Most SaaS sales roles could be selling anything: another platform, another market, another quota to chase. This one is different. Every deal you close meansanNDIS or aged care provider spends less time buried in admin, and more time with the people who need them.
This role is remote, but based be based in QLD. You’llown the QLD territory, working fully remote with the occasional trip to an industry event.
We build software for providers across the NDIS and aged care sectors. Our mission isto simplify their daily operations through our technology,so the people delivering care can spend less time on admin and more time with the people who need them. We’rea close-knit Australian SaaS team of around 40, not a machine with a script for every call and a manager for every layer.
Ourproduct and the playbook are both still growing. This role suits someone who thrives in a scale up setting, not someone chasing a fully mapped process from day one.
About the team
You’llreport to our Head of Sales, working with afun-lovingteam who aresharp and full of SaaS sales experience worth learning from.
We are selling into competitive markets. We want someone with grit, ready to hustle, who’sworked in a scale-up before.Ifyou’rechasing afully-bakedsales machine to slot into, thisprobably isn’tyour team. If you want to help build it while you sell, welcome aboard.
Whatyou’llbe doing
- Manage the full sales cycle frominitialcontact through to Closed Won
- Run thorough discovery using the SPICEDmethodology, tailoring your pitch to the size and persona of each prospect
- Build andmaintaina healthy pipeline through outbound activity across events, trade shows, LinkedIn,emailand phone
- Keep Salesforceaccurateand up to date, and provide reliable weekly and monthly revenue forecasts
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to the team to sharpen our messaging and product
Whatwe’relooking for
- 2-3 years full sales cycle experience in SaaS or software sales, witha track recordof hitting targets
- Confidence running a proper sales process and tailoring your approach to different customer problems
- A track recordof self-generating your own pipeline through outbound
- Comfort forecasting revenue accurately, week to week and month to month
- Proficiencywith Salesforce and sales engagement or conversational intelligence tools (Gong experience a bonus)
- Grit, hustleand the flexibility to grow as we grow. Youdon’tneed a perfect playbook tofollow, you need to want to help build one
Whyyou’lllove it here
- Trust to run your own patch without someone looking over your shoulder. How you manage your day and your pipeline is yours to own
- Space to grow with the business. The playbook here is still being written, andyou’llhelp write it
- Work that matters. Every deal you close helps NDIS and aged care providers spend less time on paperwork and more time with the people who need them
- Work with a manager and teamwho back you, with plenty to learn from each other along the way
- A market-competitive salary andsolidcommission structure that rewards the deals you close, not just the hours you put in
If that sounds like your kind of sales role,we’dlove to hear from you.
