Key responsibilities

Grow profitable wholesale revenue and sales velocity with existing retail partners, including existing clients.

Own national buyer relationships, joint business plans, negotiations, product listings, promotional calendars and account forecasts.

Improve store-level availability, merchandising, staff product knowledge and promotional execution through regular store visits.

Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and selectively develop new retail partnerships.

Build reliable reporting and accountability across the wholesale function.

Act as senior commercial owner of priority retailers, negotiate trading terms, promotions and assortment, maintain buyer relationships, coordinate current product launches and resolve account issues.

Visit Australian stores, review displays and availability, and gather feedback from store managers.

Own account-level revenue, gross margin, promotional profitability, sell-through, forecasts and growth plans.





Partner with the Global Head of Growth on demand generation and retailer activation, and with Operations on inventory, fulfilment and product readiness.

Assess coverage gaps, define roles, and recruit or manage account managers and field representatives as the commercial case supports.

About you

Proven national or key account leadership in automotive aftermarket, marine, FMCG or adjacent consumer products

Experience working with major retail chains and negotiating with national buyers

A hands-on approach to store execution, with a willingness to get into stores regularly

A practical understanding of retailer replenishment and wholesale economics

Experience leading or building a sales team

Exposure to both Australian and US markets is strongly preferred

A track record of measurable improvements in revenue, margin, distribution and sell-through
