About the role

As a Client Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships while driving sales growth. You’ll be responsible for retaining existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

A Day in the Life

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with innovative insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to deliver tailored outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Support claims personnel in negotiating equitable settlements for clients.
- Uphold Gallagher’s reputation by consistently applying ethical and professional standards.

Skills and experience

- Proven experience in client servicing and business development, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Strong sales acumen with a strategic approach to targeted selling.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Tier 1 qualification is desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
