ROLE PURPOSE
Winc delivers 45,000 boxes every business day to more than 100,000 workplaces across Australia. Our distribution network spans 20 locations nationwide, enabling delivery across metro, regional and remote markets, with next-business-day delivery available in metro areas for in-stock orders placed before 5pm.
The network is anchored by our National Distribution Centre in Erskine Park, NSW, supported by Major Distribution Centres in VIC, QLD, WA and SA, and regional Distribution Centres in Hobart, Darwin, Townsville and Canberra.
The National Transport Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Team, accountable for the secure, reliable, efficient and cost-effective operation of Winc's national transport and vending operations.
Winc's transport model combines a fleet of more than 220 Owner Drivers with third-party carriers to provide national last-mile delivery across metro, regional and remote locations.
The role has direct operational responsibility for NSW transport and provides national leadership through State Transport Managers across other locations. It is responsible for establishing consistent operating standards, governance, performance disciplines and continuous improvement across the transport network, while also leading Winc's vending operations.
