CPP Civil is seeking a Civil Leading Hand to drive onsite earthworks and civil construction on major transmission and renewables projects in South Australia. You will lead crews, mentor team members, coordinate daily works, read plans, and uphold a solid safety culture to deliver work on time and within budget.

Working alongside Supervisors and project teams, you’ll manage plant operations, ensure quality workmanship, and support licensing and training.
