About This Role – Customer & Governance Services These roles involve

interaction with customers or internal stakeholders , supported by:

Explicit scripts and procedures

Team supervision

The environment may be busy at times but is well structured.

Key Responsibilities Depending on the team, you may:

Respond to enquiries (phone, email or in person)

Manage documents and records

Track requests and correspondence

Update systems accurately

Escalate complex matters appropriately
