KBR is seeking a Director, People to lead the strategic and operational people agenda across our Australian business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with executives to drive performance, capability and a strong culture during a pivotal transformation.

This permanent, full time role can be based in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide. A Baseline security clearance or higher is required to join our team.
