Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements Identify contractual risks and provide practical commercial advice Liaise with vendors, suppliers and key stakeholders Support insurance, claims and other general legal matters as required Manage agreements through internal review and approval processes SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Australian legal qualification and admission to practise Strong commercial contract review, drafting and negotiation experience In-house or private practice backgrounds considered Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder skills FMCG, consumer goods or similar experience advantageous but not essential
