You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues from implementation through day-to-day operations. The role reports to the Customer Support Manager and is suited for someone early in their career with solid problem-solving, Linux/Unix experience, and knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
