D4C, Delivering 4 Customers, is seeking a proactive People & Culture partner to support a secure, engaged and high-performing workforce across Sydney Water projects and project sites.

You will drive core processes (onboarding, probation, performance checks, mobility, offboarding), handle employee relations with fairness, coach leaders, and partner with payroll to maintain accurate data while contributing to recruitment, training and organisational change.
