Sales Consultant – Queensland Caravan & RV As a Sales Consultant, you will manage customers through the full sales journey - from initial enquiry and product presentation through to negotiation, closing and handover coordination.

Key responsibilities

Engaging with customers visiting the Rocklea branch and responding to inbound sales enquiries

Understanding customer needs, travel plans, lifestyle requirements and budget

Presenting suitable caravan and RV models and clearly communicating product features and perks

Conducting product demonstrations and supporting customers through the buying decision

Following up leads consistently through phone, email and CRM

Preparing quotations and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline

Negotiating and closing sales in a professional and commercially responsible manner

Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

Coordinating with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience from sale through to delivery

Building strong long-term customer relationships and supporting referrals and repeat business

About you

Previous experience in sales, retail, automotive, caravan, RV, marine, 4WD, outdoor lifestyle or another customer-facing environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills





Confidence in presenting products and asking for the sale

A proactive approach to lead follow-up and pipeline management

Good negotiation and closing capability

Strong personal accountability and a results-oriented mindset

Professional presentation and a positive customer service approach

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a branch team

Basic confidence using CRM and digital sales systems
