The role As one of the first people our patients meet, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience.

Your day will include:

Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable

Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries

Coordinating our clinicians’ schedules

Following up patients and helping them stay on track with their dental care

Processing payments and general reception administration

Working closely with our clinical team to keep each day running smoothly

Looking for ways to continually improve the patient experience
