The role suits someone with a background in building, construction or property repairs who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems and guiding claims through to completion while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will attend residential properties to assess damage, prepare detailed reports, review scopes, validate repair costs and negotiate with repairers.
