PARC Engineering in Melbourne seeks an established Operations Manager to lead our Victorian operations, ensuring safe, effective and commercially strong project delivery. This hands-on role requires managing multiple projects, building client relationships, and developing a high-performing local team. You will own day-to-day operations of the Melbourne branch, coordinating labour, resources and subcontractors, and driving tendering and commercial activity while reporting to senior management.
