You will be involved in the manufacture, assembly and installation of custom cabinetry, as well as assisting with all aspects of campervan conversions. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem solving and being involved in complete custom builds. While cabinetry and joinery will be a major part of your role, you will be involved in all aspects of a campervan conversion from start to finish — not just cabinetry. Every build is different, so we are looking for someone who enjoys custom work and variety rather than doing the same task every day.

Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry Installing cabinetry and interior components Wall, ceiling and floor fit‑outs Trimming, finishing and detailed fit‑off work Installing fixtures, fittings and accessories Assisting with beds, seating,
storage systems and interior components General campervan fit‑out and conversion work Working from plans, drawings and measurements Problem solving and adapting components to suit custom vehicle builds Working alongside other trades within the workshop About you Be a highly skilled Cabinet Maker or Joiner Have strong cabinet‑making, joinery and installation experience Be confident using a wide range of hand and power tools Be willing and capable of working across all areas of a campervan conversion Take pride in producing premium‑quality work Be confident working independently Work well as part of a team Be reliable and punctual Have solid problem‑solving skills
