Melbourne Theatre Company’s Miss Pearl Bar & Dining is seeking a proactive Venue Supervisor to lead a premium A la carte restaurant, theatre bars and exclusive events. You’ll drive service quality, mentor staff, and maintain high standards across busy venues, including occasional work at ACMI. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in a supervisory role within premium venues, RSA and full Australian working rights, and robust leadership and communication skills.
