Palm Lake Care Beachmere is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a Casual or Part Time basis. You can work from just a few shifts a week up to 5 shifts with flexible hours that support work-life balance. As a PCA, you’ll provide daily living support under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while promoting resident dignity and wellbeing. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and explicit documentation.
