ACO is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality drainage and infrastructure products used across the construction and building industry. Their Banyo site is currently seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Operators to support warehouse and production operations in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in the safe and productive movement, handling, and organization of palletized stock and plastic products within the facility. You will work in a team-oriented environment where safety, accuracy, and productivity are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a counterbalance (LF) forklift to move, load, and stack palletised stock

Sort, restack, and organise plastic products such as pits and sinks

Perform manual handling of items up to 25kg

Secure loads by cutting and reapplying strapping as required

Load, unload, and reposition warehouse and production materials

Carry out general site clean-up and waste removal duties

Use basic hand and power tools for tasks such as breaking down pallets

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean,



organised work area

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 6 months’ LF forklift operating experience required

Valid forklift licence (LF)

Ability to perform manual handling tasks up to 25kg

Comfortable working in a physically demanding, quick-paced environment

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environments preferred

Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
