Responsibilities
Primarily work in the Home‑Based Palliative Care Service alongside specialist nurses, a nurse practitioner and a palliative care specialist.
Provide on‑call remote telephone support and remote charting for patients in the 20‑bed inpatient palliative care unit. Specialist support is available during all on‑call periods.
