We're looking for someone to join the Sales team for a
maximum term of up to 12-months
to cover a period of leave within the team. It's a great chance to build your skills in sales administration and customer service to broaden your experience across the business.
What You'll Do
Process customer purchase orders into our ERP system (AX)
Manage documentation through to delivery
Handle client enquiries, quotations and proposals, including quotes on behalf of External Sales
Liaise with Sales, Production and local and overseas suppliers so customers get accurate, timely information
Monitor factory and external purchase orders and keep customers updated on delivery status
Resolve customer complaints
Prepare sales and delivery performance reports as required
Apply quality, safety and environmental principles in line with our Integrated Management System
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar role (3–5 years preferred)
Knowledge of our products, processes or production setting highly regarded
Strong ERP skills (AX highly regarded) and advanced Excel, plus Word, Outlook and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail, numeracy and literacy
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
Business administration qualification (desirable)
