This is a full-time Service Receptionist position at GWS Chadstone Pty Ltd, in Oakleigh, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with customer-facing processes.
Key responsibilities
Assist the service team with Service Reception and general administrative tasks as required
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide a high level of customer service
Conduct post-visit customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Monitor customer experience (CX) survey responses and report on key trends and feedback
Monitor and update customer contact records as needed for accuracy
About you
Previous experience in a customer service role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5:00pm
