Persian-speaking Personal Care Worker - Coomera Region Join

We are currently seeking a

caring and dedicated Persian-speaking Personal Care Worker

to join our growing team on a casual basis, supporting clients in the

Coomera region . This role is ideal for someone who can provide culturally sensitive care and communicate confidently with Persian-speaking clients and their families.

What You'll Do

Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and daily living activities

Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support

Perform light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and household organisation

Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the broader care team

Deliver culturally respectful and person-centred care to Persian-speaking clients

About You You are passionate about supporting people to maintain their independence and quality of life. You bring:

Fluency in

Persian (Farsi)

and English

Compassion,



patience, and a genuine desire to help others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently in clients' homes

Reliability, flexibility, and a professional approach to care

An understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and respect

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying Nursing or a Health-related qualification

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain, if required)
