Hubby's Potatoes is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Café and Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team
We offer casual, part-time or full-time employment for the right candidate, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and opportunities to work up to 38 hours per week
Your responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
Assemble and serve loaded potatoes and other menu items
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen and dining area
Wash dishes, clean equipment and follow food safety procedures
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
What we're looking for
Basic cooking or kitchen experience preferred
Coffee-making experience an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, punctuality and a strong team spirit
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
Training will be provided. You do not need to be an experienced chef or barista
Employment details
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week, up to 38 hours per week depending on employment type and agreed working arrangements
Pay: In accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 MA000119, including applicable casual loading, weekend and public holiday penalty rates, plus superannuation
