Western Ford is seeking an accomplished General Sales Manager to lead Current and Pre‑Owned Vehicle Sales across Ravenhall and Melton. You will drive volume, gross and profitability while fostering a high‑performing sales culture across two established dealerships.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will manage multi-site operations, mentor Sales Managers and Consultants, and collaborate with Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket teams to optimise overall performance and customer experience.
