Pathway Talent is seeking an Aboriginal Caseworker to join the Supporting & Securing Tenancies (SST) program in Coffs Harbour. You will deliver culturally safe, person-centred support to individuals facing housing challenges and homelessness, helping them navigate services and maintain reliable housing outcomes.

You will develop support plans, coordinate services with housing providers, advocate for clients, and empower communities.
