Ochre Health Ltd is inviting applications for an experienced Lead Nurse at Buderim Urgent Care Clinic. The role focuses on day-to-day nursing leadership, delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, and mentoring the nursing team alongside clinicians.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration, ED/RAN experience, triage certification, and robust leadership and communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and service improvement.
