Queensland Health is seeking a Dietitian to join the Rehab@Home service, delivering evidence-based dietetic care across community and residential settings as part of an interprofessional team focused on rehabilitation and patient-centred outcomes.

You will assess, intervene and evaluate a caseload while collaborating with clients, families and other health professionals to achieve person-centred goals and contribute to education, service development and quality improvement.
