Air freight specialists with freight forwarding experience, to work for a well known company with a great reputation for staff longevity and who provide training.
The Position
- Ensure air freight import shipments are managed from end to end including invoicing
- Liaise with airlines, brokers, and cartage providers to coordinate collections and deliveries
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers regarding shipment updates and queries
- Preparing and reviewing billings and job costings
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Manage claims and act as the first point of contact for any issues
The Requirements
- Proven air freight knowledge in Freight Forwarding
- Positive and outgoing team player attitude with customer focus
- Strong and effective communication style
- Willing to work in a quick paced environment
