You will deliver high quality nursing care to residents, guide Personal Care Assistants to meet daily needs with person-centred care, and help establish a warm, welcoming home setting across Eldercare’s 13 sites across Adelaide Metro and Yorke Peninsula.
To be eligible you’ll hold a Diploma in Nursing with at least 6 months post graduate aged care experience, current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights.
