The Thoughtful Agency in NSW is seeking an Account Manager to own the relationship for a portfolio of founder-led fashion and lifestyle brands, coordinating delivery across services and translating goals into transparent briefs.

You will manage account plans, act as the primary contact for clients, oversee end-to-end delivery, track budgets and KPIs, and contribute to growth with the team while reporting insights to the Account Director.
