Immanuel Gardens Home Care in Buderim is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support clients to live independently with dignity. You will build meaningful relationships, develop tailored care plans, and work with families to ensure services are person-centred and delivered within budget.

This full-time, permanent role offers a hands-on, structured setting with face-to-face visits when possible and video check-ins where needed.
