Payroll System Analyst- Contract role - Upto $155k+Superannuation

A highly regarded and rapid growing business has a rare opportunity for an experienced Payroll Business Analyst to join their hugely successful company based in the National Head Office.

The role sits within a close working with Payroll, Finance and HR department. You will be working closely with the Payroll Project Manager.

In this position you are required, but not limited to:

- Providing system implementation, administration, functional support and process improvements

- Work on payroll data maintenance & configuration

- Integration of payrolls onto a central HRIS system

- Review payroll processes and systems to recommend improvements

- Assist in the production of organisational reporting and the management of interfaces and integration between systems

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Extensive experience in Workday Configurations

- Extensive experience in procedures and documentation auditing.

- Strong Technical knowledge Workday EIB & build business processes & reports

- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Demonstrable experience training/mentoring staff with new processes and procedures.

- Technical knowledge of Workday Payroll System.
