Red Cacao Stirling is looking for an energetic, friendly and passionate Waitstaff Team Member to join our incredible team!

We’re a busy, fast-paced café that takes pride in outstanding coffee, delicious food and, most importantly, creating a warm and memorable experience for every customer.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Is friendly, confident and enjoys chatting with customers
- Can thrive in a busy, fast-paced café environment
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude is just as important!

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming and serving customers with a smile
- Taking orders and delivering food and drinks
- Clearing and resetting tables




- Keeping the café clean, tidy and running smoothly
- Working closely with our kitchen, barista and front-of-house teams
- Helping create the friendly and vibrant atmosphere Stirling Red Cacao is known for
