We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team!
We’re seeking someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for both customers and staff.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including:
- Leading, training and supporting the front-of-house team
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Managing staff rosters, shifts and daily operations
- Maintaining high standards of food, beverage and service
- Managing opening and closing procedures
- Monitoring stock, ordering and wastage
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring workplace health, safety and food safety standards are maintained
- Working closely with the owners and kitchen team to keep the restaurant running smoothly
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Is confident leading and motivating a team
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is reliable, professional and well-presented
- Can remain calm and positive in a busy environment
- Has a strong understanding of customer service
- Is comfortable with staff rostering and day-to-day restaurant operations
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality
- RSA and food safety knowledge are highly regarded
