We're looking for experienced, reliable and caring residential cleaners who genuinely love animals, take pride in exceptional cleaning standards and want to grow with us.

WHAT WE OFFER

- $38-40/hour during paid training and assessment
- $40-42/hour once qualified as a Pawsitively Clean Cleaning Professional
- $45/hour for proven excellence
- Superannuation paid in addition to your hourly rate

EXTRA TRAVEL ALLOWANCE

Don't live in Sydney's Inner West? We'd still love to hear from you!

For suitable cleaners living outside the Inner West, we may consider an additional travel allowance of up to $30 per working day, depending on individual circumstances and work assignments.

This allowance is paid over and above, and does not reduce or replace, any applicable travel time payments, travel reimbursements or other entitlements under the relevant Modern Award.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS

Receive a $150 referral bonus for referring a new cleaner who joins our team and successfully completes six months of continuous, satisfactory employment.





The referring employee must still be employed when the bonus becomes payable.

CLEANING WITH A PURPOSE

We donate 1% of revenue from every clean to WIRES, helping protect and rescue Australian wildlife.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least two years' paid professional cleaning experience, preferably in residential/domestic cleaning
- A genuine love of animals and confidence working around dogs, cats and other household pets
- Willingness to clean pet hair, cat litter, urine, faeces and other pet-related messes
- Your own reliable car and a valid NSW driver's licence
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Availability during weekday daytime hours
- Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work
- Comfort with physical cleaning duties, including bending, kneeling and reaching difficult areas
- A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- A genuine interest in ongoing employment, ideally for at least 12 months

Professional cleaning experience is essential. We provide training in our particular products, methods, pet-safety procedures and quality standards, but applicants should already possess practical professional cleaning skills.
