Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale West Leederville

Looking for a casual personal training role in West Leederville? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

What we provide

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What the role involves

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
