PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Sydney Olympic Park

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Sydney Olympic Park. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Day to day

- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission.



The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
