Casual Bar / Gaming Attendants - Ermington Hotel

We are looking for experienced Hospitality Team Members with a passion for food and beverage sales, exceptional customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and skilled manner

- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area

- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations

- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience

- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times





- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

What we're looking for

- Must hold a Current Valid NSW RSA/RCG/ARCG

- Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.

- Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week

- Cocktail making ability and general alcohol knowledge

- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs

- Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
