Operating across Victoria, Sydney, and Western Australia, we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity to be part of a professional Japanese QSR operation, develop your kitchen skills, and work alongside a supportive team dedicated to delivering authentic Japanese ramen.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prepare and cook our signature Japanese ramen, toppings, and side dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with daily food preparation, ingredient portioning, and kitchen setup.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and serving portions.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and daily opening and closing duties.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn Japanese cooking techniques and procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with assigned duties.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
