Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Kensington

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Kensington, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Your responsibilities

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour




- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
