Flex It Physio & Rehab Station is growing — and we’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our team!

We are a modern, growing multidisciplinary clinic offering Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Sport Injury Rehabilitation and more — all under one roof.

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment.

About the Role

You’ll work with a diverse range of clients across:

- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Sports injuries and rehabilitation
- Workers Compensation & CTP
- Pre & post-operative rehabilitation
- Strength & conditioning
- Clinical Pilates
- General health and exercise rehabilitation
- Chronic conditions and injury prevention

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Pilates team, allowing for a truly multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔ Registered with AHPRA
✔ APA registered/member
✔ Passionate about Physiotherapy and patient care
✔ Friendly, professional and approachable
✔ Confident working independently while also enjoying teamwork
✔ Motivated to continue developing clinically
✔ A great communicator with patients and other health professionals
✔ Reliable, organised and committed to providing high-quality care

New graduates and experienced Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.

We’re particularly interested in Physios who have an interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, exercise-based rehabilitation and/or Clinical Pilates.
