Looking to start a hands-on career where you can learn a skilled trade while earning a full-time wage?

Talent Success is hiring a Sheet Metal Apprentice for an established HVAC duct manufacturing business based in Seven Hills, Western Sydney.

No previous sheet metal or HVAC experience is required.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on, willing to learn and genuinely interested in building a long-term skilled trade career.

You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and receive practical training in the manufacturing and assembly of HVAC ductwork.

What You'll Learn

As an apprentice, you'll develop practical skills in:

- HVAC duct fabrication and assembly
- Measuring, marking and cutting sheet metal
- Folding, riveting and assembling components
- Using hand and power tools
- Operating sheet metal machinery
- Reading basic workshop drawings and plans
- Manufacturing commercial air-conditioning and ventilation ductwork
- Protected workshop practices
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working alongside experienced tradespeople

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and motivated
- Hands-on and willing to learn
- Mechanically minded
- Comfortable with physical/manual work
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- A team player
- Responsible about developing a long-term trade career

No previous sheet metal or HVAC experience is required.

Experience in a factory, workshop, construction, Trade Assistant or similar hands-on environment will be an advantage.
