PT Role | Snap Fitness Austral Oran Park

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Oran Park. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Rent and support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:





- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What you will do
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
