We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Mount Lawley. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Hours you need to be free
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Day to day
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
