KEY DUTIES

n

n
- Provide person-centred personal care and daily-living support
n
- Support protected manual handling, transfers and mobility
n
- Assist with medication and agreed care routines
n
- Support community access, appointments and participation
n
- Complete accurate progress notes and communicate with the care team
n

n

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

n

n
- Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualification
n
- Current First Aid and CPR
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance
n




- Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification
n
- Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is required
n
- Australian work rights
n

n

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE OR LICENCES

n

n
- ABI, TBI or behavioural-support experience
n
- Bowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex-care experience
n
- Working With Children Check where required
n
- Experience working within a 24/7 home-care team
n

n

SHIFT AND AVAILABILITY
n AM, PM, active-night and sleepover shifts may be available across seven-day rosters. Record your regular availability and any restrictions clearly.

n

INDICATIVE MARKET PAY
n $35-$45 per hour + super; penalties may apply
n Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtime
