About the Role

Universal Taxation Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Perth. In this full-time position, the successful candidate will manage financial reporting, taxation services, and client compliance while delivering exceptional service and strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and lodge individual, company, partnership, and trust tax returns.

· Manage Business Activity Statements (BAS), Installment Activity Statements (IAS), and GST compliance.

· Provide reliable tax advice, financial analysis, and general accounting support to a diverse client base.

· Assist with preparation of general-purpose and special-purpose financial statements.





· Ensure complete adherence to ATO regulations, accounting standards, and internal quality controls.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

· Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

· CPA / CA qualification (or actively working towards completion).

· Proven experience working within an Australian accounting or tax practice.

· Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation laws and financial reporting standards.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills with high attention to detail.
