Join Our Growing Security Team

Western Plains Security Network is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, professional and motivated Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis, with up to 38 hours of work available per week and the potential to progress into a full-time position.

This is an excellent opportunity for Security Officers looking for consistent hours, ongoing work and the potential for longer-term employment with a growing local security company.

Our officers work across a variety of sites throughout Dubbo and the Central West, providing professional security services to our clients and the community.

About the Role

As a Casual Security Officer, your duties may include:

- Static guarding and site security
- Mobile patrols and alarm responses
- Access control and monitoring
- Conducting regular site patrols and security checks
- Responding to incidents and security concerns
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing professional customer service
- Following site-specific procedures and company policies
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

- A current NSW Security Licence




- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable transport
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- A professional and well-presented manner
- Reliability, punctuality and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to complete incident reports and required documentation

Previous security experience is highly regarded.
