About this opportunity:

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Change Analysts with training and business readiness experience to support large-scale transformation and technology programs across Perth, Western Australia.

With continued investment in ERP, SaaS, and enterprise technology implementations, these opportunities are suited to change professionals who can support the practical delivery of change activities, helping employees understand, prepare for, and adopt current systems and ways of working.

Working closely with Change Managers, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, and implementation readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support change management plans and activities across transformation programs.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Develop and coordinate change communications and engagement activities.
- Assist with training needs analysis, training materials, and end-user training delivery.
- Coordinate training schedules, workshops, and learning resources.
- Support business readiness, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
- Track training completion, adoption, and readiness metrics.
- Maintain change documentation, reports, and stakeholder registers.

About You:

You are an organised and proactive Change Analyst with experience supporting organisational change initiatives,



ideally within technology implementations or business transformation programs.

You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with practical experience in training coordination, learning material development, or end-user training.

You enjoy working collaboratively across project teams and business areas to support successful change adoption.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Experience supporting change management activities within complex projects.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications, and impact assessments.
- Exposure to training coordination, training delivery, or learning resource development.
- Understanding of business readiness and user adoption activities.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience supporting ERP or SaaS implementations
- Exposure to service design or human-centred design approaches
- Formal change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG)
- Experience working within structured project delivery environments
