We are currently seeking an experienced Production Mixing / Blender Operator with a current LF Forklift Licence to join a busy manufacturing team based in Erskine Park.

This is a physically demanding role suited to someone who is hands-on, reliable, GMP/Pharmaceutical experience and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating industrial mixing and blending equipment
- Measuring and mixing raw materials to production specifications
- Loading and unloading materials into blending machinery
- Operating forklifts to move stock and finished goods
- Completing production documentation and batch records
- Performing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- General production and warehouse duties as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Current LF Forklift Licence with experience (counterbalance 1+ years)
- Previous experience in a mixing, blending, batching, or manufacturing environment
- Be physically fit and robust,



with the ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance
- A solid commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable

- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food manufacturing, or GMP environments
- Experience working from batch sheets and production documentation
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
